Flood-Prone Zoning
Six month moratorium on new subdivisions, commercial and other developments in flood-prone areas in unincorporated Baldwin is set to go into effect Tuesday October 23, 2007. If approved by the Baldwin County Commission today. THE MORATORIUM WAS TABLED FOR 60 DAYS OR LESS, SO BE PREPARED.
